Red alert3 : local gameing

hey im haveing trouble with RA3, why cant i play local with my friend in Ra3. even tho we both have in origin.

We have also tried it with Hamachi and gameranger.
also have the same problem with WC3.

but with gameranger i managed to play wc3 alitlle while before my friend got some errors. but with RA3 nothing happend. i got in the game, my friend didnt.

we have tried diffrent ways to slove it but nothing works.
i got a massage that said my cd key was in use onetime but that was in local network room.

so anyone that can help
