Strange Multiplayer issue in Zero Hour
I installed Generals and Zero Hour to my new Windows 8.1 x64 machine, and while the game runs fine in Singleplayer/Solo mode, when I join or create a Multiplayer match all the trees are swaying insanely fast(as if the animation is playing too fast) and my keyboard map controls are insanely fast, if I tap the arrow key in any particular direction the camera travels way too quickly. Same goes if I try to move the camera with the mouse. I only ever play Generals/Zero Hour over my Local Network with my housemate so right now it's unplayable for me. It looks to me that for some reason the Multiplayer Component of the Game is being run too fast.
Machine Specs:
Core i7 4770
Gigabyte G1 Sniper B5 Motherboard
EVGA GTX660Ti 2gb
6144mb Kingston HyperX DDR3 Ram @ 1333
Crucial 512gb SSD
The game ran fine under Windows 7, but I've recently upgraded my Motherboard and CPU, so that may also be an issue. Please help?
