The Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection. Registration code

Question

Hi, &nbsp;I bought the collection, and followed instruction included in the CD box to redeem product code, and showed new games available. But after I downloaded and installed 4 Tiberian twilight, the game asked me to input registration code again, I put the same code in. It said the code is used already. What caused the problem? When I bought the game from EB GAME, the seller said it is brand new though the box is open. Thanks for the time.
