The whole C&C community struggles with multiplayer for red alert remastered, sometimes it works sometimes not. The game either stick where you select rules etc for multiplayer or it launches and gives a black screen. Please can EA have a look we are a lot of people playing and still enjoying this game.

If you wish to get support from EA you need to speak though the dedicated chat with an EA representative. They will than create a file for you.
It is useless to open a forum topic since there are a lot of topics about this same problem, but EA doesn't read neither answer to these topics at all.
Only chance to get support is to get in touch with EA representative to get support for this "Server Bug".
Please request support from an EA representative.
You must be aware that first thing they will tell you is to check your internet network connections
Than go to empty memory cache
Than update VgA drivers
All the above is useless since this issue affects all the players in the world and not only you.
