Im right there with you man. Ive written every government agency I can. Loot crates and microtransactions have to go. This is illegal gambling at its worst. They should charge anyone using loot crates and microtransactions to make money with Racketeering!
If I lived close to EAs headquarters Id show up in person and yell at someone. Then if they gave me the slightest but of bad attitude Id return with my attorney. I am not blowing smoke. Ive never been more serious in my entire life.
This game's matchmaking is putting lower level people up against higher level people. it may be intentional to make people want to spend money to get unit levels equal to their opponents who are dominating. This has nothing to do with skill. The game is matching me with people who have way higher level units. It's like playing Tiberium Wars with handicap turned on.
Sounds like they are doing this deliberately.

It’s just you make yourself enter a league you can’t win. Different leagues have different level distribution so look at the level cap you will find it very reasonable.
Nothing reasonable about playing people with 5 levels higher than me doing double damage lol...
