EA Staff (Retired)You should be able to click on the video icon and then just follow the instructions. For determining if it's a challenge battle, a screenshot works just as well (if not better) than a video 🙂
- Don’t have a video. Have a picture but won’t pull video used paper clip at bottom
- Well, you don't qualify for a level based challenge, and you don't qualify for a medal based challenge. Not sure who is who, but I think you are complaining you didn't unlock the basilisk yet, but you said you are above level 52 which is where it unlocks. So my guess is you didn't qualify for an unknown unit challenge battle because your player level was higher than your opponents.
You know I get it but look at it this way mathematically there was no way to win Dps. And range no way to win
This is happening for me too, 95% challenge games, mostly vs lvl 60s (I’m at lvl 32) then one like this attached where across the board my unit lvls are 3 lower and it’s not a challenge match?
- the system is p2w thats why everything is not based on being fair so u feel presured to buy coins to upgrade... i also suffer from the playing against higher unitlvl issue a lot. just keep telling EA its * what they do or quit the game. most important never pay or they keep it that way
- believe it or not, league resets protect you from people that pay too much. Someone with level 15 units against your level 10's in tib league means you don't stand a chance. But when they get reset back to diamond's level 11 cap, you can get your revenge. Most whales hate the reset for exactly this, they struggle to get to a point they can abuse their massive level difference. But hey, let's all just turn off our brains and chant about how evil EA is instead, lol.
