Tiberian Down scrolls too fast
Hello, the screen scrolls very fast even when setting it to slowest in the options and it's next to impossible to play. I've searched for help on the web but didn't find anything so I suppose it can'...
Did you install patch 1.06? Normally, the cnc-ddraw graphics dll it uses it uses fixes the problem. If not, you could enable the "Back Buffer in Video Memory" option in the config tool (CCConfig in 1.06, CCSetup in 1.04)
