Tiberian Sun Mouse Cursor Issues

I have no Mouse Cursor or control in Tiberian Sun, on the play field. If I open the Options Menu, the cursor is there and I can select items, no problems.

I had no problems running the game.

I am running Win11

Mouse Trails are off

I installed Funkyfr3sh's Tiberian Sun patch, Still no cursor. I changed Renderer to Default and changed Display Mode to Windowed, still no cursor in the play field.

As per the EA tech chat, I did a clean reboot, I uninstalled the game, Win Update got me to install Win11 24h2. I reinstalled the game, still no cursor. I ran the patch again, still no cursor.

This is pretty frustrating, why sell this package on Steam if the games don't actually work correctly on Win11?
