Tiberium wars 3 running slow on any setting

Hi! I just installed tiberium wars 3, and the game is working pretty slow. I don't remember how I fix that the last time I played it.

This happens on high and low settings. Last year, after fixing this issue, the game ran everything oh high settings. So, I know my pc can do the job haha

CPU: I5 7400

GPU R9 270X

RAM: 24GB 2400MHZ
