Uhh... are you playing the game through the Origin system at all, then? If your issue is not about the game in The Ultimate Collection or on Origin at all, you shouldn't post your issue in this thread; chances are it's not the same issue at all.
I installed the normal retail version. Is it so much different? It's the same issue. It won't launch after updating to 1.9 ☹️
