Unable to play Command and Conquer 4 Tiberium Wars from C&C ultimate collection

I bought the C&C Ultimate Collection a while back, and decided to start playing C&C again. I downloaded Tiberium wars and then when it said enter your registration code I went to my Origin library, clicked the little "i" for information about the game, and typed in the product key code it gave me there. When I typed it in, C&C Tiberium wars said that my key was already used. How can my key be used if I never even played the game yet?? I then remembered why I had like no hours playing this game, it was because the last time I tried to play it years ago it didn't work either. Please let me play the game I paid for, or I will not be purchasing EA titles that require this online registration service through Origin again.

    To check what games you have in your account Origin do this steps and make sure you are logged into the account on which the game/s were registered.

    If you received a message,"code already used",it means the game code has been registered in your account and  as a result of this message you must follow this steps.
     -be sure you have "Show: All Games" in MY GAMES selected and look at "Hidden Games" because manually hidden games will not appear in the "All Games" view.
    - click on the "My Games tab" as shown in the screenshot below, after you have done with this, you will see a button with an circle arrow on the left hand side -this is the "reload games" button. Click on it, and you  see all the games registered to your account.

    I'm stuck at the entering the product code and it's still not working even with the step above...

    since I can't complete the registration I can't play... I'm disappointed in the system for registration.
