Unkillable units

Product: Command & Conquer Remastered
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug All units become invincible after encountering mobile gap generator
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In soviet campaign mission 12 when player spots mobile gap generator
What happens when the bug occurs? All units and buildings become invincible when I encounter allied mobile gap generator. Infantry can be still ran over by vehicles, engineers can capture buildings, but no weapon does any kind of damage.
What do you expect to see? No such instances

When playing Soviet campaign mission 12 mobile gap generator makes everything imprevious to damage.

    It affects every mission, and it appears at random.

    Does anyone have any idea on how to stop this Bug in the first place, can it be avoided?

    The best I got is to Save regularly throughout the whole mission. It's slow, since the game will bug eventually, but it can at least pull you through it.

    Yes, this does mean a mission that should only take 1 hour, suddenly takes about 6 or 7.

    It's a work-around, and not a great one, but it will get you through eventually.
  • Ran into this issue for the first time today after, let's see... 41 hours of playtime. So yea, it's a bug. It's a serious bug. But some of these people need to chill out for a minute. Some of don't even sound like you know the difference between a developer and a publisher (Looking at you GENERALZOOL) So allow me to explain. This game was DEVELOPED by Petroglyph and Lemon Sky Studios, and PUBLISHED by EA. So, that being said, anyone here know how to get ahold of the ACTUAL DEVELOPERS?

    @SeriousShuck

    Community council member / beta tester here. Unfortunately, I'm mostly "the C&C1 guy" in the community, and I never really tested much in RA.

    The issue has been reported internally, though. The dev team should be aware of it.

    EA is the Publisher, yes, and they should have recognised that the game wasn't ready for the Shelf before pushing it out there. That's the Publisher's responsibility. The Developers are just rushed off their feet, not their fault.
