Windows 11 - Programs and Features
I think there was something in there about DirectX older Versions Install. Failing that, find a Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars Original Disc, it should have the DirectX Installer on that disc, and thus, you might be able to get the System to recognise it there. If Command & Conquer 3 is already installed, find the DirectX Installer in its Program Files directory. It will be DirectX Version 9c if I recall correctly.
Alternatively, consult the Graphics Card's Manufacturer Pages and Support for more assistance.
