Upgraded units showing incorrect level

Why are several of my units only showing a level 2 steps below what they are actually upgraded to. Like the Gdi rhino is leveled to a 10 with two upgrades… however it’s only showing a level 8 in battles before I upgraded it to 10 it was showing as a 9

@lexiintheshire Where did you install the game from? Which exact game are you talking about? Couldn't it just be that you are by accident running an older save file?

So it’s the rivals iPhone have. I figured it out . So when you are playing in some of the tournament games they limited your troop level to “make game play fair”
