@XPlayerJ The camo skins were a reward for 1st (and sometimes 2nd & 3rd) place in a Rivals Race about a year ago. You could not buy them, only earn them.
But even if you were able to purchase them from the shop back then, today it wouldn't work. The new dev team has so far not figured out how to bring back vanity to the store. They got the game code handed over, but until this day they do not understand how to enable vanity purchases. Vanity to come back has been requested a billion times already, but there is nothing the new dev team can do.

Or maybe they don't have the access rights to do that.
I was playing the game a year ago.
I know some of the camo outfits were 1st place rewards, but it was extremely hard to win first place
I also was around when they sold the Laughing Skull in Vanity items.The issue was I didn’t have the money during the time they did the sell.
I think they sold the item on like a Tuesday.
I didn’t get paid till Friday.
By the time I got the money to buy the Laughing Skull Missile hit.
It was gone.
They was doing the Golden Attack Bike Skin + Unicorn Missile hit.
I did get the Golden Attack Bike Skin, but yeah I didn’t like Unicorn Missile Hit.
And I still want them to redo the Vanity items.
As far as them having a new code person, I think they should fire the new coder.
It is unreasonable for a Code person not to know how to Un-code the Items back.
I was told you could still Win these items by playing the tournaments that’s hosted by I3Lade and those guys on there discord site.
