I find the issue with chem buggies somewhat annoying. I seldom see these units, and on a 1 to 1, chem wins cause of the gas. I'd suggest a mutant supported by laser. A single mutant might be able to clear the buggy on its own. When I'm using Jade, it becomes a lot easier for me cause I can simply cause the buggy explode next to its troops.
