When watching Replays issue

We've tested this today and the sound indeed defaults to the left side. You can switch it to the right side by selecting to watch the right side player.

As for the discount for the Tech Lab, this was working correctly. Every time the right side player had built a building the cost for the Tech Lab went down by 30 Tiberium as expected, no matter if we were watching left side, right side or both players. The harvester cost were intermittently showing up when they shouldn't, but more often displayed correctly free.
