Why I can't host a Command & Conquer 4 TT game, and apparently nobody can, although there are some servers? what happened is a way to play this game online with friends?

It's probably either a temporary problem with the servers or a problem with your internet connection.
This has been happening for 3 days now, and its not connection because NO ONE can host games

So there are no games being played in T_T right now? If so there's nothing we can do from here, it's a server problem. I don't know where you'd go to report that.
We had the very same problem 2-3 months ago. However back then no one could host, now it looks like only a hand full of people can host games. No one from Europe can host a game.
