Will command and conquer come back to the ps4 or xbox1

I had a question. I have been playing command and conquer since i was really young it has always been one of my fav games but im wondering if they will ever come to the new consoles (xbox1 and ps4). ...

Do Playstation 1 games run on PS4? Because there are PSX versions of C&C1, RA1 and Dune 2000. 

C&C: Generals was only ever released on PC and mac, though, and these are all PC games in their core, so I doubt they'll ever be ported to consoles.
