I could use some help. Red Alert 2 – Yuri’s Revenge will still not play correctly on my new gaming computer. If the resolution within the game is set to 1024 x 768. The cursor movement seems stuck in a 640 x 480 area and will not move to the right far enough to select the menu to build items. The game plays OK if set in 640 x 480 resolution. A windows compatibility check set the .exe file to Vista Service Pack 2 version and that is where it is now. I have changed the resolution setting within the two .ini files (RA2.ini and RA2MD.ini) to 1024 x 768 and that was no help.
Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.
My graphics card is a NVIDIA RTX 2080.

I have the answer to my Yuri issue - Why the cursor will not move to the right of the screen at the higher resolution.
Answer: I had my 'Display Settings" set to higher than recommended. Once I re-set my Scale and Layout to the recommended display size the issue was resolved. I just need to remember to reset to the recommended display size prior to starting Yuri
