Hi deadlyphoenyx,

I apologize for the negative experience you have had with our customer service. Did you happen to get the name of the person who became unresponsive? Contacting an EA Game Advisor is the way to have your activation limit reset so I do recommend you try to contact another advisor via live chat.

I"m trying to contact an EA Game Advisor via live chat but it seems always waiting!! I have the same problem with dead space 2 in steam

i known my words will fall in greedy corporate ears but this kind of DRM does not help the fight against piracy at all, you make it harder for the gamer that buy the original game!!! than for the useless pirate.
