BUG Can Not Open Doors - Can Not Play The Game !!!!!!

When did the Bug occur? - started Dead Space 3 and loaded my checkpoint (chapter 3 / tunnel with dogs) - now i can´t open the doors   - reloading the hole chapter 3  - can´t open the door at...

It is not a bug

I forgot to ACTIVATE the TK to open the doors
