can't choose chapters 16 and 12 from the chapter select menu
when i press Y for the completion details it lets me view what i need to find on it but when i go back to choose it to play it is not there, please help

A bump for this... I'm getting it too!
Looking at it again... I understand not being able to play 12 as there are no collectables on it... but 16... That has a fair amount!

Okay just tried playing from Chapter 15 and it will continue into 16 for you.
