Can't find dead space 3 in my "games list"

I preordered dead space 3 from gamestop, went home and activated the product code but i couldn't see the game in the "my games" tab (or what it's called in english) it said that i had activated the product but it isn't there and when i enter the code again it says that it's used. Dunno if it's important but i live in sweden.
