Can't play dead space 2 english language on Xbox

Like the title suggests, I'm trying to play dead space 2 with English dubbing, but it's only set in Spanish. Now I live in Italy but I practically play all my games in English and it has never been a problem (I set my console on US english). So... that's it, do you have any suggestions?

    @MikCarda93 If the dialogue is in Spanish then it is most likely a case that you have a Spanish copy.  Due to regional restrictions, at times a games language can not be changed. 

    Have you tried changing it ingame?

    Italy, but my console is set on USA English and it doesn't make any problems on other games

    It's a digital copy i got from Xbox live, so it can't be Spanish and no I can't find the option ingame
