Chapter 2 problem

I'm stuck early in the game. I'm at chapter 2 when you have to release the room. I've moved the clips out of the way easy enough but i can't release the room. I've tried everything i can think of.i just seem to float around it help please

HI,

Check the sides of the room, there should be some kind of button that you need to press to release it after you moved both clips to the side.

cant find anything. i've checked all the walkthroughs i cant see them doing anything else

I had this error too. I solved it by moving the things out of the way, then basically hugged the crate til something happened :P
It took me awhile, but it worked.
