Code Already In Use After Purchase

i dont know how this happened but, i somehow cant join online anymore, but i have the actuall game on Steam Bought,it doesnt appeared in EA app also
please, help i just want to play my bought product

    @1984235 If a code has already been used on another account and that account is not your account, you have to speak to the retailer. If this was a Steam purchase, they are the ones you would need to speak with.

    We can only make changes to purchases made through the EA App and not other retailers.
