Code has already been used

Hi.

I bought Dead Space 3 in a Humble Bundle a while back and I downloaded it on Origin shortly after purchasing it, but I never got around to playing it. I decide to play it today and it's not in my games library. When I try to launch it directly from the link, it says I need to activate it. So I check my Humble Bundle page, input the code but it won't take it. It says "This Code has already been used." Can someone please help me?

    In that case please contact an Advisor via live chat or phone. They should be able to check the code and see what is happening. 

    1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
    2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
    3. Type in the name of the affected game
    4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
    5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
    6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
    7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

    Is it possible that you have multiple Origin accounts? If you are logging in to Origin with the same account you used to log in to this site then I do believe you may be logging with the wrong account.

    Thanks for your reply,😕mileyhappy: but I created my Origin account when I first got the Humble Bundle which wasn't too long ago and I really don't use Origin. The only account that I have is the one that I'm currently using.
