Code is accepted but will not start

I purchased a NOS DVD rom version of dead space 2 collector's edition. I used REDEEM CODE on the EA website. The EA App said that it accepted the code. When I try to start the game, it will not start...

Yes, Dead Space 2 is in the library but when I click on the game, I notice that it says standard edition owned. So, even though the EA app accepted my code for the collector's edition, it only shows standard edition. I need someone to delete the standard edition and help me install the collector's edition with my code.
