Have you try this, RIGHT CLICK the GAME ICON on the ORIGIN ,and click on RESTORE THE GAME...
Follow the download procedures, and download the latest WEB PLUGIN
or
Clear the cache and cookies first from your browsers.
Process:
1. Start the System Configuration Utility • Press and hold the Windows key and R, type msconfig, and then click OK.
• The System Configuration dialog box is displayed.
2. Configure selective startup options • In the System Configuration Utility box, click the General tab, and then click Selective Startup.
• Uncheck the “Load startup items.”
•Click the Services tab.
• Click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box.
• Click Disable All, and then click OK.
• When you are prompted, click Restart to restart the computer.
and this.
- Uninstall game
- Delete licence of game. (.dlf file)
"C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License " from there.
- Then reinstall game.
