As the subject line states, I have hit the activation limit and am unable to play the game. I have read about the DeActivation tool, but that only de-activates on the machine its used on ( unless i'm missing something ), the thing is i dont want to DE-activate it on my machine, i want to ACTIVATE it.
I no longer have the game on the previous machine i have installed it on ( due to buying a new pc ) and have formatted the old pc and updated both hardware & OS for my wife to use, so running the DE-Activation tool on it wouldnt work ( again unless i'm wrong ).
I have tried live chat, but it doesnt seem to be working at all, it opens a smaller window which gives the message " SYSTEM ERROR".
I have read that calling customer support can leave you in a queue for at least 40 mins, all this time your paying by the minute for the call. I do not wish to go this route if i can avoid it.
Any Suggestions would be helpfull,

If you keep getting an error with the live chat window, please try using another browser.
If that still does not work, try clearing your browser cache.
Last but not least, the wait times should be much shorter then in your estimate, I suggest to try again early tomorrow.
