dead space 2 - acquiring hacker suit

Question

I am trying to figure out how to get the hacker suit on chapter 2 that is supposedly in the conduit room . i have done everything i think, but door stays locked - there doesn't seem to be a way to unlock it &nbsp;??? please help - i really want that suit &nbsp; -thanks

Apparantely you need to have played Dead Space: Ignition (not heard of this one before - think I must have missed it? 🙂 ) and saving it.
