i just bought dead space 2 in a box and entered the serial on origin. i downloaded the game through origin and started the game.
a black screen appeared for 10 seconds and than the game crashed and little popup window said "window is lookin for a solution".
the game doesn't work. please help me.....

Can you please provide us some information about your system?
At first, please check your latest video-card driver and check what version of the origin client is installed on your computer. Install the newest driver for your video card. You find the actual version of origin here: www.origin.com/download. Reinstall Dead Space II and try to start it again.
As soon as we got more information about your PC (DXDIAG would help), we might find some other workarounds to fix your issue.
