Dead Space 2 CE online pass codes

Do unused Collector’s Edition codes for Dead Space 2 redeem in 2023? There is no expiration date listed on the voucher. I’m trying to get the Zealot Suit that was attached to the CE online pass. The problem is that PSN doesn’t tell me WHY the code is “invalid”. It just brings me to a confirmation screen detailing the CE content I’m about to redeem. I hit “confirm”, and it loads. I then get a screen telling me that the code is invalid and to check my entries. I am on PS3.

I cannot find confirmation anywhere online and tech support here simply told me they don’t validate codes on console, which was not even my question. Fair enough, but what I’m after specifically is if ANY of these codes are still valid in 2023, or if they are actually expired due to age (the voucher does NOT list an expiration, but I realize this game is 12 years old). The last confirmed redemption I could find on Google was dated a few years back before the game turned 10 years old. So is the voucher I hunted down used, or are they all invalid today due to an unlisted and unannounced expiration? If so, kinda sucks that EA made this Zealot suit permanently exclusive. 

I’ve purchased two reasonably priced Collectors Editions and both vouchers were rejected. Before I waste anymore money trying to find a valid code, I need to know if they are even accepted anymore. As of now, I’m kind of just risking that if it’s unredeemed, it’ll take. Be nice to have official confirmation.
