dead space 2 ending

Keeps not playing the ending after ellie takes over and then hangs at the final scene.  Please tell me that there is a fix.

@EA_Illium pc and no I do not have a save where it does not happen.

@bhibbard So this happens across multiple saves? Have you tried running a Repair in Origin?
