dead space 2 ending

Keeps not playing the ending after ellie takes over and then hangs at the final scene.  Please tell me that there is a fix.

I am still having dead space ending which does not finish at the final part.  It doesn't show the screen where I can destroy the creatures.

@bhibbard Would it be possible to get a video of the issue and a DxDiag?
