No other programs besides steam which is where I purchased the game from. Launched device in clean boot nothing same result. attached is DxDiag
EA Staff (Retired)Hey @SaltySchlonger To check can you try disabling any overlays like Steam, Origin, Discord and any others that may be running and check if this continues?
If so, can you try the following:
Ran system file checker, tried different compatibility settings, windows and GPU are up to date. All with no success. No overlays running in background besides steam which I cant open the game without opening steam.
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @SaltySchlonger Thanks for going through these steps, to check do you have anything aside from your Mouse and Keyboard plug into your PC's USB ports? If so, can you try unplugging everythying else and seeing if the game will launch? If not, do you have any other accounts on the device to see if the same thing happens when using them?
EA support suggested I make another account with admin privileges tried that with same result. Nothing plugged in besides mouse and keyboard. Tried unplugging all usb still same result.
