Ran system file checker, tried different compatibility settings, windows and GPU are up to date. All with no success. No overlays running in background besides steam which I cant open the game without opening steam.
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @SaltySchlonger Thanks for going through these steps, to check do you have anything aside from your Mouse and Keyboard plug into your PC's USB ports? If so, can you try unplugging everythying else and seeing if the game will launch? If not, do you have any other accounts on the device to see if the same thing happens when using them?
EA support suggested I make another account with admin privileges tried that with same result. Nothing plugged in besides mouse and keyboard. Tried unplugging all usb still same result.
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @SaltySchlonger Thanks for the update, can you confirm that you are running through the Nvidia GPU versus the Intel chip?
I Do not have the option to select preferred graphics processor. I have a single GPU and my CPU does not have onboard graphics. I am assuming it defaults to my GPU and since I do not have any other option to choose from it doesn't pop up.
