Hi @SaltySchlonger Thanks for going through these steps, to check do you have anything aside from your Mouse and Keyboard plug into your PC's USB ports? If so, can you try unplugging everythying else and seeing if the game will launch? If not, do you have any other accounts on the device to see if the same thing happens when using them?
EA support suggested I make another account with admin privileges tried that with same result. Nothing plugged in besides mouse and keyboard. Tried unplugging all usb still same result.

Hi @SaltySchlonger Thanks for the update, can you confirm that you are running through the Nvidia GPU versus the Intel chip?
1. Open the NVIDIA control panel. One way to do this is by right-clicking on an empty space on the desktop and selecting NVIDIA control panel.2. Navigate to 3D settings > Manage 3D settings.3. Open the Program settings tab and select your game from the dropdown menu.4. Select Preferred graphics processor for this program from the second dropdown menu. Your NVIDIA GPU should appear as "High-performance NVIDIA processor"5. Save your changes.- 3 years ago
I Do not have the option to select preferred graphics processor. I have a single GPU and my CPU does not have onboard graphics. I am assuming it defaults to my GPU and since I do not have any other option to choose from it doesn't pop up.
