Hello,
Unfortunately, no. I may be doing something wrong.
These are my steps:
1. go to help.ea.com/contact-us(logged in with my account)
2. Selected Dead Space 2
3. Platform - PC
4. Codes and promotions
5. Invalid code
6. Select contact option - here starts trouble
After this step, a page appears with my case info and title "RECOMMENDED SUPPORT OPTION", and I can't see any support option? What are even support options? E-mail? Live chat? If they are, they are not appearing as options.
At the bottom of the page is link to Answers HQ, where I am now asking for help. Again, I'm screenshoting my screen at the step where I'm stuck.

@97Koka Change the options to something account related. This was brought up to the team so they are looking into the site itself.
- 3 years ago@EA_Shepard Thank you, this works! It clearly shows the whole missing e-mail form which I have submitted just now successfully. I hope they won't be too confused by my case.
