Dead Space 2 on steam unable to connect to the EA servers

guys this channel is literally uploading videos everyday about the multiplayer of his online matches on steam(pc) and xbox -> https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgAIacp_C2_ZS_eqGvz6sBg/featured .

btw I have also your same problem but this guy has even got the public steam profile and I can see him playing with even the button "Join Session". The servers are up but not everybody can play for some reason.
