Dead Space 2 PC no reward in Zealot new game+ and in Hard Core !

Hello Dear EA Games ! I beat Dead Space 2 PC in Zealot and Zealot New Game+ and I not have My reward the : The Artic Security Suit : Just only have the The Riot Security Suit !
And I beat the Dead Space 2 PC in Hard Core mode and I not have My reward the : The Hand Cannon weapon and the The Soldier Suit !

And I want My rewards !
And I have DEAD SPACE 2 in STEAM !
And I want buy Dead Space 3 Limited Edition !

I don't need Your help EA !I just use this BINARY THING and I HAVE My REWARDS !(I complete the ZEALOT Difficulty 3 times and the HARD CORDE Difficulty 1 time SO OF COURSE I WANT MY Rewards !
