Dead Space 2 Wont launch Steam

Ok look the Game doesn't launch through origin or Xbox Game Pass via EAPlay, or Steam. I've tried all 3.

I've tried other unorthodox methods to obtain missing .DAT files from the EAPlay version via XBGP successfully getting the missing files and adding them into the original install, however the game still crashes at launch.

SO what's the Issue, well my last detailed log of my progress was deleted just raises more question as to why you would delete someone's process of elimination from the public eye.

Lastly if you CTRL ALT DEL as the game boots you can catch it in the task manager processes, where it stays active and appears to run while on taskbar.

Now I've created two dump files from this both from different versions of the game which I would like to post for someone who knows what do do with the DMP file for DeadSpace2.exe.

If you then set the >exe to Affinity # it still doesn't work, so core count isn't the issue.

Tried creating the Settings.txt with the correct parameters for Resloution #x# and Vsync on/of

Looks Like a Scaling issue however. 

As for trying different scaling work arounds Run the .exe as admin and set to scale for older applications, Compatibility mode windows 7/8... to no avail.

I am a 3090 owner i9 12thgen ddr5, m.2 ssd.

Sooo yeah I have two Dump files from the game in processes so let me know if there something else i can do scaling wise
