Dead Space 3 15 chapter QTE door glitch.

In the very beggining of the 15 chapter. When the room is filling with gas and Elli is gonna die. I can't close the door. I have tried something about 20 times. I was pushing this damn button as fast...

    I DID IT! The only thing i needed to do to switch difficulty level to easy. After this damn QTE i have switched it back. What will i do in NEW GAME +? I don't know.
