Community Manager@Willywaffle2 gotcha, past a chapter restart, do you have any saves before that chapter you can reload into if you needed to?

@Willywaffle2 Gotcha, so if the last save point doesn't work, a chapter restart does not work, and no previous save files to load, the options are quite limited. Let me do some digging around. It sounds more like a corrupted save point and if that is the case you can try the following
Save the game as a new save
Close down the game
When you log back in, load into the new save and see if it works or restart the chapter from that new save point.
