Is it possible to play DS3 coop with an Ukranian player if I'm in Canada?

I really wanna know if this is possible, Argentina with Italia, Brasil with Italia its posible to play in different countries who don't share their borders or regions?

Playing with other players in different countries should not be an issue on its own. There are a couple of things you may run into though.
All Players need to have the same DLC
Make sure you are friends (just in case)
Make sure the setting in-game for Co-op Partner Locator is checked
