Dead Space 3 disappeared

I googled the problem, tried everything, relogging, reinstalling, checking if it's hidden or whatever.

Nothing seems to work I have only one account and the game just disappeared.

I have used an extra code for the game that my friend had so I have the game again, but this is ridiculous.

If anyone could check what happened to it please I just want to know why it disappeared so it can make sense to me.

Here's the code for the game *edited to remove game code - remember this is a public forum it has already been used as it says when I try redeem it.

And I just want to make sure the one I just redeemed won't disappear as well.

    The first thing to do is to check that you are logged in to the same account on which you purchased the games. Players often end up creating more than one account (this has happened to me).

     

    Please make sure you have "Show: All Games" in MY GAMES selected. Have also a look at "Hidden Games" because manually hidden games will not appear in the "All Games" view.

    It would also be worth checking that the payment for the game did in fact go through your bank account or credit card correctly. If not, please check with your bank / credit card provider.

    If this still doesn't help, then please get in touch with a Game Advisor via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask for further assistance.

    First of all read what I said, it seems like you just copy paste this to every thread.

    Anyway, I have ALREADY TOLD YOU I did what you just wrote here.

    And I have no problem with the purchase because I have already downloaded and played the game!!

    I already had 3 hours playing the game and then it disappeared.

    So please read my post again, and this time use your head and not ctrl + v to answer.

    First of all, I can read and I did read your post.

    Remember this is a public forum and, as you apparantly did, people search for solutions on this forum. That's why I included the "check hidden games" step. You are not talking to live chat on this forum and given the volume of posts we receive, we do not provide one-to-one support in the same way that customer support do. Neither can we update your account. That's why the final step was to contact customer support for further help.

    Did you check your bank/credit card account in case the payment did not reach us and the payment was returned to your account?

    You have the link to customer support and that is the correct route to take in your case.

    The game was given to me so I have no way to check if the payment was returned.

    Anyway I do not wish to get refunded because I realise that it won't happen.

    I guess that's it

    Hi :womanhappy:

    I guess Origin update might give the problem as it did on other games.. Have you tried uninstall and install the Origin and then call your games?
     
    PS: Just writing samething doesnt mean people dont read the question.. Most of the time answers are in the simple details that we dont see because of the emotions of problems :womanhappy:
