Dead Space 3 DLC menu bug

Question

in Dead Space 3, through the in game DLC purchase menu from BENCHES and Suit Kiosks, i used to have access to Resource packs that you could spend either in game currency (ration seals) or actual money for. I now only have access to purchase the other regular content DLC. How can i fix this? or was this intentionally removed from the game. I had access to it a year ago.

For some reason I cant buy any resource packs on dead space 3. my friend is also encountering this error. Neither cash nor seals work origins says cant find campaign. Any ideas why?

this issue has been here since launch only on PC and no update has been released for it.

Yes, this is happening right now. I'm in game and the resource packs are unavailable in the DLC menu.

There used to be a menu tab is DLC called Resource Pack

These resource pack we can buy it with real money or Ration Seals

Ration Seals Obtained throughout the game by the scavenge bot

But when i access DLC in the weapon work bench.. i dont see the Resource pack

It used to be there long time ago.

Do they took the resource pack tab away?

because then i cant spend my ration seals
