I'm also having this problem, very annoying, ruins the ambience..
As someone stated before, the sound pauses when you operate/open the door and it realy seems like stuck physics or similar. When door closes it starts again..

There is a cinematic when its very very anoying, i can't avoid to hear the sounds and give more attention to it than to the characters talking...
we need patch...
