dead space 3, ea launcher not responding

i just downloaded dead space 3 from steam, i tried launching the game and it run a script to download ea launcher. however when ea launcher was downloaded it failed to run. i then tried downloading from the website and running it but the launcher still failed it did not respond no matter how long i waited. ive tried many things, such as running as admin, deleting cache, and some more stuff i found in youtube, reddit and other site but still no fix. help pls.
